My client is seeking a Facade Manager to work on a new build high-end care home in Norfolk. The successful Facade Manager will be responsible for the external packages on site, including traditional brickwork, curtain walling, cladding and structural steel. You will have experience managing external packages previously working with a Main Contractor or specialist facade subcontractor.
To be considered for this Facade Manager role, you must have valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates. This Facade Manager position is being offered on a freelance basis - first phase is 92 weeks and there is a second phase that could see this contract lasting 3 years. Pay rates and salary are negotiable.
