MEP Commercial Manager Central London Specialist Contactor – Power Solutions / Data Centre Specialist Contractor A fast-growing specialist contractor that predominantly works on data centre and mixed-use commercial projects in the UK and Europe is seeking a Commercial Manager to join their expanding team. The business delivers complete design, planning, installation, and maintenance services for mission-critical infrastructure. About the Role: Join a high-performing team as a Commercial Manager reporting into the Operations Director. Manage a portfolio of 10 – 15 live projects across multiple life-cycles. Oversee budgets, contracts, and project profitability across diverse projects including fit-out, refurbishment, civil, consultancy, or build sectors. Support business growth and contribute to a company that has trebled it’s turnover to £350m in just a few years. What We’re Looking For: Commercial experience in construction across either MEP, consultancy, civil engineering, fit-out, or refurbishment packages. Confidence with a variety of contract types and large-scale, high-value projects. Ambitious, commercially minded, and motivated to grow their career and earnings.
