Mechanical Project Manager MEP Contractor / Building Services (Construction) Central London A medium-sized MEP Contractor thriving under new leadership has entered into several new sectors amidst its ambitious growth plans. As such, they require a Mechanical Project Manager to lead the mechanical instal on one of several new, London-based major schemes in the Commercial, Education & Health Care sectors, currently in the pre-construction phase. Projects are valued at up to £30m in Building Services and you will be split between the Central London office and site, led by what stage projects are at. Team Management: Manage and supervise the mechanical team, including engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and laborers. Ensure team members are working efficiently, safely, and in line with project goals.
