Overview
Mechanical Project Engineer – £65k – £75k + Package. We are working with one of the UK\’s biggest engineering firms, with a long-standing history of delivering key projects in the UK healthcare sector. We need 2 x Mechanical Project Engineers to join a thriving team based in London & Reading. You’ll be leading the delivery of HVAC upgrade projects within hospitals and public buildings & associated campus support areas from project award to commissioning & handover.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of HVAC upgrade projects within hospitals, public buildings, and associated campus support areas from award to commissioning and handover.
Qualifications
- ONC/HNC/NVQ L3/L4 Building Services.
- Project Management or Engineering Degree.
- 10+ years of experience in mechanical building services engineering.
- Strong understanding of codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex engineering projects.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; effective written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience working within an airport is preferred, not essential, but similar experience in live operational environments is required.
