Mechanical Construction Manager Building Services Contractor Central London Permanent  A leading M&E Contractor with a reputation for delivering some of the most complex and iconic projects in sectors such as Data Centre\’s, healthcare, and commercial is seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager for a £80M+ Commercial Shell & Core project located near King\’s Cross, London. This prestigious project, which has over 2 years remaining. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the mechanical installation and commissioning across the project, ensuring adherence to all technical, safety, and quality standards Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery Take responsibility for the management of all mechanical aspects of the project, from early design through to final handover Monitor and enforce health and safety requirements across the site Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and in line with regulatory standards Act as the key point of contact for mechanical issues and ensure effective problem-solving throughout the project Prepare reports and attend regular meetings with senior stakeholders Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within commercial, healthcare, Pharmaceuticals or large-scale projects Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and public health Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of engineers and subcontractors Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills SMSTS, CSCS (black or gold), and ideally First Aid certifications For more information, please e-mail (url removed)
