The practice consists of a tight-knit group of professionals, and you will be joining a group of passionate and vibrant surveyors. The USP of this role is the impressive support and variety of work on offer, exposure to this is vital for you, the successful Graduate Building Surveyor, to become a well-rounded individual.
The team is delivering a range of comprehensive building surveying services across the private residential and commercial sectors. The Graduate Building Surveyor will support a Senior who will also be your APC councillor. Work typically includes:
- CAT A & B fit outs
- Schedules of dilapidations
- Surveys
- Contract administration
- Project management
- Design specifications
