We are working with a Tier 1 residential developer to appoint an experienced Project Lead to oversee a landmark £600m mixed-use residential development in Zone 1, Central London.
This is a rare opportunity to lead one of the most significant high-rise residential schemes currently underway in the capital, comprising three high-rise tower blocks, including the tallest tower in this part of London. The project is currently at groundworks stage and will be delivered over the next 9 years, offering long-term security and legacy project involvement.
The Role
Reporting directly into a Director, the Project Lead will take overarching responsibility for commercial, technical, and production functions, with a strong emphasis on production leadership and programme delivery.
Given the scale and complexity of the scheme, this role is heavily focused on planning, strategy, and governance, with approximately 80% of time spent on planning, paperwork, programme management, and board-level reporting, and 20% site presence, including weekly site walk-arounds.
The development presents significant logistical challenges, consisting of a delivery every 15 minutes for 8 hours per day, requiring exceptional coordination and forward planning.

Candidate Profile
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, high-value residential developments (£300m+)
- Strong background in high-rise construction, ideally in Central London
- Exceptional planning, programme, and reporting capability
- Comfortable operating at Director / Board interface level
- Strong production leadership with an ability to manage complex logistics
- Background with a Tier 1 developer or major main contractor preferred
