We are currently seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join a major data centre project in East London, supporting the delivery of complex CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) works within a fast-paced, technically demanding environment. This is a technically focused engineering role, working closely with the project and design teams to ensure the successful delivery of architectural fit-out and CSA packages in line with design intent, programme requirements, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate CSA works on site, with a strong focus on data centre architectural fit-out
  • Manage and monitor installation of white walls, doors, ceilings, resin flooring, beam and column encasements, and associated finishes
  • Work closely with the design team to review and verify technical details and construction information
  • Ensure works are compliant with relevant regulations, specifications, and quality standards
  • Review and manage technical submittals, drawings, and specifications
  • Prepare, issue, and respond to RFIs in a timely and coordinated manner
  • Support quality assurance processes, inspections, and snagging activities
  • Assist with coordination between subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in a Project Engineer or Site Engineer role within CSA or architectural packages
  • Previous experience on data centre or mission‑critical projects is highly desirable
  • Strong technical understanding of architectural fit‑out works
  • Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a regulated environment
