MEP Night Manager – Data Centre (Main Contractor) £400-£500p/d West London Contract Role A leading main contractor is currently seeking an experienced MEP Night Manager to join a major data centre project in West London on a contract basis. This is a key night-shift role supporting the successful delivery of complex MEP works on a high-profile, technically demanding scheme. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all MEP works during night shifts Supervise MEP subcontractors to ensure productivity, quality and compliance Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health & safety regulations and site procedures Monitor progress against programme and report issues or delays to senior site management Coordinate inspections, testing and commissioning activities as required Maintain accurate night reports, handover notes and records for the day team Resolve site issues proactively to minimise disruption to ongoing worksRequirements Proven experience as an MEP Manager or MEP Night Manager on large-scale projects Previous experience working on data centre or similarly complex, critical environments is highly desirable Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during night operations Relevant CSCS card (SMSTS preferred)
