We are working with one of the UK's biggest engineering firm, with a long-standing history of delivering key projects in the UK building services sector.
We need 2 x Mechanical Project Engineers to join a thriving team based in London, working on a £33M energy centre at a major landmark building.
You’ll be leading the delivery of HVAC upgrade projects within hospitals and public buildings & associated campus support areas from project award to commissioning & handover.
ONC/HNC/ NVQ L3/L4 Building Services. Project Management or Engineering Degree
10+ years of experience in mechanical building services engineering.
Strong understanding of codes, standards, and regulations.
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex engineering projects.
Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience working within an airport is preferred, not essential, but must have similar experience working in live operational environments.
