This role offers a rare opportunity to become employee number five in a newly created, standalone business. Operating within the Energy sector, the company is positioned to capitalise on the billions of pounds being invested across the industry β from interconnectors and transmission and distribution networks to substations.
As one of the first full time hires, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing the business's presence in this market. You'll bring a demonstrable track record within the sector, supported by a strong, citable portfolio of completed projects, and help shape the company's future from the ground up. The position also offers a lot of flexibility, with a hybrid contract weighted towards working from home.
As the Senior Bid Writer, you'll be responsible for producing expressions of interest, pre-qualifications and tender submissions for a wide range of projects in the Energy. You will work collaboratively with the wider pre-construction team and ensure bids are comprehensive and of high quality.
What will you need to be successful?
- You need to have good writing skills along with existing experience in working in the Civil construction sector.
- You have demonstrable experience in bid writing, proofreading and presentation writing.
Benefits
On offer is a salary of around Β£80,000 per annum along with an annual performance bonus, car allowance, paid travel, and private medical insurance to name a few of the benefits.
