We are currently recruiting a Bid Administrator / Bid Coordinator to join the Pre-Construction team of a well-established and highly regarded Mechanical & Electrical contractor based in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience supporting bids and tenders, ideally within MEP / Building Services, who is looking to develop their career within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the end-to-end bid and tender process
- Coordinating bid documentation, deadlines, and submissions
- Assisting estimators and bid managers with pre-construction administration
- Preparing and formatting documents and presentations
- Managing tender portals and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant submissions
About You
- Previous experience as a Bid Administrator / Bid Coordinator (construction or M&E preferred)
- Exposure to MEP / Building Services projects is highly desirable
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint
- Proactive, reliable, and keen to learn and grow within the business
