I have partnered with a global real estate consultancy in London's West End that is looking to strengthen its Neighbourly Matters team with the appointment of an Associate Director - Party Wall Surveyor. My client is a highly successful organisation that continues to grow year on year, employing over 5,000 professionals globally. Their London Building Consultancy team alone comprises around 55 specialists, providing an excellent platform to work across an impressive and varied client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Party Wall services under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.
  • Prepare and agree Awards, Schedules of Condition and associated reports.
  • Act as Building Owner, Adjoining Owner and Agreed Surveyor.
  • Manage and grow client relationships across commercial and residential sectors.
  • Support business development and cross-service collaboration.
  • Lead, mentor and develop junior surveyors.
  • Maintain high technical and professional standards across instructions.

Qualifications

  • Ideally MRICS qualified
  • Excellent working knowledge of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.
  • Member of the Pyramus and Thisbe Society
  • Member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors (FPWS)
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to generate and manage work.
  • Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills.
  • Leadership qualities and experience supporting junior team members.
