We're looking for a Supply Chain Manager (Strategy & Integration) to join the Commercial Services team of a large Infrastructure end client. In this position, you will play a key role in shaping how major infrastructure investment (over £4bn) is planned, sourced and delivered. This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional commercial, procurement and supply chain management and influence decisions at portfolio level, working directly with senior stakeholders to shape demand, develop sourcing strategies and identify the best commercial and delivery models. This is a hybrid position, with two days a week required in the office, and then three from home. Contracted hours would be 37 per week.
What’s in it for you?
- Influence major investment decisions across a significant infrastructure portfolio
- Work strategically, shaping how programmes are sourced and delivered rather than simply managing contracts
- Partner with senior leaders and become a trusted commercial adviser across the organisation
- Shape the supply chain, using market intelligence to drive smarter procurement and delivery strategies
- Build your career across commercial strategy, procurement, finance and major infrastructure delivery
- Help drive innovation, sustainability, value and supply chain resilience across the investment programme
What do you need to be successful?
- You’ll be a commercially strong strategic professional with experience in infrastructure, utilities or major capital programmes
- You'll ideally have MCIPS, MRICS, IACCM or equivalent
- You’ll have a track record in commercial/procurement strategy, market engagement, sourcing and contracting, alongside the ability to influence senior stakeholders and turn complex challenges into clear commercial solutions
- You'll have experience in working in a client side role
In return you'll receive a salary of around £65,000, a company car allowance of £6,000 per year (you can also opt in to an EV Car Salary Sacrifice Scheme), an annual bonus of up to 10% (increasing to 15% after the first year), private health care, a VERY generous pension of up to 12% company contribution, life assurance, 25 days annual leave and lots of other benefits.
Ready to make a meaningful impact? Please apply by email or contact Rob on (phone number removed).
