A client organisation is recruiting a Principal Quantity Surveyor to join its capital delivery team. You will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a significant infrastructure project, with an anticipated capital value of up to £350m, dependent on the final option selected. The project is currently at outline design stage, giving you the opportunity to shape the commercial strategy, influence procurement and manage cost and risk before key decisions are locked in.

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Extensive experience of working with NEC contracts (option C essential)
  • Approximately 10-15 years of relevant post graduate experience
  • A strong background in major infrastructure projects
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • Chartered status through RICS or CICES
