The Role As a Junior Electrical Project Manager, you will work closely with senior project managers to deliver large-scale data centre projects. This role offers comprehensive training, mentorship, and a clear career progression path, with the expectation of stepping into a full Project Manager role within 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
Support senior project managers in the delivery of electrical packages on data centre projects
Assist in planning, coordination, and management of on-site activities
Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
Manage subcontractors and suppliers under the guidance of senior staff
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project deliveryRequirements
Electrical background (degree, HND, apprenticeship, or equivalent)
1–3 years’ experience in an electrical role (site or project management exposure desirable)
Strong organisational and communication skills
