Overview:

We are currently seeking a professional and approachable Front of House representative to join a prestigious corporate workplace in Henley-on-Thames. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate, offering long-term potential within a highly respected, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and staff.
  • Manage the reception area, maintaining a tidy, organised and polished front desk.
  • Handle telephone calls, redirect enquiries, and take clear messages.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are set up as required.
  • Liaise with internal departments, facilities teams, and external contractors.
  • Oversee deliveries, manage post, and issue visitor passes.
  • Support with general administrative duties as required.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Prior experience in a corporate front of house or reception role is desired.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organised with a proactive and professional attitude.
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office and room booking systems.
  • Well-presented with a strong customer service orientation.

Additional Information:

This role is based in Henley-on-Thames, and onsite parking is available. Candidates must be available to work on alternating shifts (8:00am–4:30pm or 9:30am–6:00pm). An immediate start is required.

Please note: The start date is subject to a background check which can take up to 2 weeks to process. Employment will be dependent on successful clearance.
