This complex, high-profile scheme will run for two years and requires a skilled Sub Agent with strong Tier 1 contractor experience in above-ground structural works. Role Overview The Sub Agent will play a key role in finalising designs, working through the ECI stage, and liaising with designers to ensure the works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced professional who can manage design coordination, drive progress on-site, and support delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead on design finalisation and manage coordination during the ECI stage. Work closely with designers and stakeholders to resolve technical queries.
