Urgent requirement for an experienced Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to join one of London's most high-profile commercial projects! This £100m+ transformation is one of the largest office projects in the capital, delivering Grade A commercial space. The scheme includes a complex structural extension with additional floors, extensive façade works, and delivery of office, retail and leisure space. This is not your traditional new build scheme. This is a technically challenging, logistics heavy central London project requiring a commercially astute QS who can operate at pace across multiple work packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial management of multiple subcontract packages (through to final account)
- Cost planning, forecasting, and reporting
- Contract administration (JCT experience essential)
- Managing variations, valuations, and change control
- Close liaison with project teams, supply chain, and client-side stakeholders
