A leading main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager to join their team on a prestigious, large-scale healthcare construction project in Central London. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the management and coordination of building services (MEP) from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring the project is delivered safely, compliantly, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the building services (mechanical, electrical and public health) delivery on a complex healthcare project
- Manage and coordinate MEP subcontractors and specialist suppliers
- Work closely with design, commercial, and construction teams to resolve technical issues and drive buildability
- Oversee services installation, testing, commissioning, and handover in line with healthcare regulations and HTMs
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Monitor programme, manage risk, and contribute to cost control relating to building services
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for all MEP-related matters
