We are currently recruiting for an experienced CSA Construction Manager to join a £200m new-build data centre project in East London. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the package management of 7 passenger and goods lifts, alongside overseeing Builders Work in Connection (BWIC) and fire stopping across the project. This is a site-based role requiring someone with strong CSA experience and a proven track record of managing specialist packages on large-scale construction or data centre projects. Key Responsibilities for the CSA Construction Manager include:- Managing the installation and delivery of 7 passenger and goods lifts, from coordination through to completion. Managing lift subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Coordinating BWIC requirements across the project, working closely with the MEP, CSA and construction teams. Overseeing the fire stopping package, ensuring works are coordinated, compliant and properly documented. Coordinating with MEP contractors and other trades to ensure interfaces are fully understood and managed. Monitoring programme, progress, quality and commercial performance of the relevant packages. Reviewing drawings, specifications, RAMS and technical submissions. Managing RFIs, technical queries and design coordination where required. Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, quality standards and H&S requirements. Liaising with the wider project team, subcontractors, consultants and client representatives. Identifying and resolving interface issues before they impact programme or other trades. Maintaining accurate records of progress, inspections and package documentation.To be considered for this CSA Construction Manager role, you must have:- Proven experience as a Construction Manager / CSA Construction Manager on major construction projects. Strong experience managing specialist construction packages and subcontractors. Previous experience working on data centre, industrial, commercial or similarly complex projects is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of lifts, BWIC and/or fire stopping. Ability to manage multiple interfaces across a busy live project. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, quality and programme management. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Relevant CSCS qualification and SMSTS.
