The predicted salary is between 33711 - 41203 Β£ per year.

We are currently recruiting for a Construction Support Manager / Construction Supervisor (Track) to support a rail infrastructure programme, delivering track works across both ballast and embedded track.

This is a contract position with an initial duration of 6 months, with a strong likelihood of extension.

The indicative determination is Outside IR35, and the flat rate on offer is around 280 300 per shift (days, nights and weekends).

It is essential that you have strong technical knowledge of track replacement / track renewals; otherwise, we cannot consider you for this position.

Key responsibilities: Provide construction management and delivery support across rail assets Coordinate construction activities between project teams, contractors and operational stakeholders Support the planning, sequencing and delivery of track and associated works Monitor construction progress, programme, quality and compliance Identify and resolve construction issues, risks and interfaces Ensure works are delivered safely and in accordance with relevant standards, specifications and project requirements Support construction methodologies, access planning and possessions Liaise with contractors and delivery teams to ensure effective coordination of works About you: Proven experience in a construction management / support role within the rail sector Strong technical knowledge and practical experience of track replacement / tra...
