This is an outstanding opportunity for a project-focused Building Surveyor who enjoys seeing schemes through from concept to completion. You'll work on a diverse portfolio of projects across Central Government, Local Authorities and the Blue Light sector, delivering meaningful schemes that improve public infrastructure and communities throughout the region. Projects range from refurbishment and estate improvement programmes through to complex capital schemes valued at up to £10 million, giving you exposure to a varied and technically rewarding workload. Repsonsibilities Contract Administration Project Management Design & Specification Feasibility Studies Refurbishment and Capital Projects Client & Stakeholder Management Site Inspections and Project DeliveryWorking alongside experienced Chartered Building Surveyors, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects while continuing to develop your technical and commercial expertise.
