Are you an experienced Bid Manager with a background in construction or the built environment? We're looking for a Bidding Manager to lead the development of high-quality tender submissions across major construction, infrastructure and property opportunities. This is a key role at the centre of our work-winning function, helping secure complex and high-value projects.
The Opportunity: You'll take ownership of end-to-end bid delivery—working closely with technical, commercial and delivery teams to develop compelling, client-focused submissions. From interpreting tender documentation to shaping winning strategies, you'll play a critical role in positioning us to win work across frameworks, major projects and strategic programmes.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading bids across construction and built environment opportunities
- Developing win strategies based on client requirements, market insight and technical solutions
- Facilitating bid workshops with project managers, engineers and commercial teams
- Managing bid programmes, timelines and stakeholder inputs
- Writing and editing high-quality technical and commercial content
