We are looking for an ambitious Associate Building Surveyor MRICS to join an established multi-discipline practice in Bromley. This is a great opportunity for an experienced surveyor who enjoys delivering high-quality projects while mentoring and developing junior team members.
You the successful Associate Building Surveyor will play a key role in managing client relationships, leading projects from inception to completion and supporting the continued growth of the business.
The role of the Associate Building Surveyor:
- Deliver a wide range of building surveying and project services across commercial and residential sectors
- Proficient in JCT contract administration
- Lead projects through all stages, ensuring quality, programme, and budget control
- Act as a key client contact and help develop long-term relationships
- Provide mentorship and technical support to junior surveyors and trainees
- Assist with business development and contributing to team growth
- Work collaboratively within a professional, supportive environment
About You:
- Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS)
- Strong background in project delivery and professional services
- Proven experience managing multiple projects at once
- Confident mentoring and developing junior staff
- Commercially aware with excellent client-facing skills
- Motivated, organised and keen to progress at full Partnership status
