Associate Building Surveyor – Consultancy – Waterloo, London – £70,000 – £80,000 per annum.

People Group has proudly patterned with an award-winning multi-discipline practice in London\’s Waterloo. We are looking to strengthen the division with the addition of an Associate Building Surveyor.
My client is an established practice who proudly delivers a comprehensive range of building surveying services across the built environment. A market leading consultancy who dominates the public sector. They work on a range of projects across the leisure, residential and commercial structures. Work is predominately situated in Central London Zones 1 & 2 programme values range from £150k – £4million.
We are looking for a confident Associate Building Surveyor to lead multiple schemes, you will support the Partner and be one of the senior members in the office. The successful Associate Building Surveyor will be client facing and have good stakeholder management experience. You will attend networking events and represent the practice at various construction meetings.
This role is ideal for a professional looking to progress their career, you will be joining a friendly and supportive environment. Opportunities will be offered to gain full Partnership status.
