Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert across all aspects of commercial claims management
- Manage and maintain comprehensive claims records within contract administration systems
- Lead claims and change management activities with clients, cost teams, and third parties
- Investigate, evaluate, and recommend appropriate strategies for claim resolution and settlement
- Provide detailed analysis of potential claim impacts to support informed project decisions
- Enhance systems, processes, and overall service delivery
- Develop tools and structures aligned with strategic and area delivery plans
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify commercial best practices
About You
- Eligible to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with experience on high-value programmes for a project management or consultancy environment
- Proven experience working within the Middle East / MEA region
- Chartered or professionally accredited (e.g. MRICS, CIPS, or equivalent)
- Demonstrable experience managing delay, productivity, acceleration claims, and extensions of time
