Associate Director - Commercial Claims - Saudi Arabia in London

An exceptional opportunity to join a major, high-profile programme in Saudi Arabia , delivering a large-scale mixed-use development that includes sports venues, entertainment assets, cultural facilities, and supporting infrastructure . This role is suited to a senior commercial claims professional who can provide leadership and expert guidance across complex, high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities Act as a subject matter expert across all aspects of commercial claims management
Manage and maintain comprehensive claims records within contract administration systems
Lead claims and change management activities with clients, cost teams, and third parties
Investigate, evaluate, and recommend appropriate strategies for claim resolution and settlement
Provide detailed analysis of potential claim impacts to support informed project decisions
Enhance systems, processes, and overall service delivery
Develop tools and structures aligned with strategic and area delivery plans
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify commercial best practices
About You Eligible to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with experience on high-value programmes for a project management or consultancy environment
Proven experience working within the Middle East / MEA region
Chartered or professionally accredited (e.g. MRICS, CIPS , or equivalent)
Demonstrable experience managing delay, productivity, acceleration claims , and extensions of time
