Zen is expanding its Consumer Sales team in the UK. The role focuses on answering inbound calls, replying to emails, and making outbound calls to grow the customer base, reduce churn and increase loyalty.
You will train in the office for the first two months and start with sales targets including onboarding new customers and upselling. We value enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer experience.
