Role Outline

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Resource Planner to join our team, responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery on a national scale by optimising resource allocation to meet customer needs. Working collaboratively, you will plan and coordinate site visits and schedules, allocate resources via our scheduling portal, and provide exceptional customer support via phone and email. You will liaise with customer coordinators to monitor schedule completion, escalating issues where necessary, and collate information for handover to national screening staff. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and deliver excellent customer service.

What you'll be doing:

  • Working within a team to identify and plan efficient service delivery on a national scale, ensuring site visits and schedules are planned to optimal utilisation, in turn ensuring best value to our customer’s needs
  • Allocation of resources (People and Equipment) within our team scheduling portal
  • Supporting our customers via phone and email – planning site visits and preparation of visit schedules for our customers completion.
  • Liaising with customer coordinators and their employees, monitoring the completion of schedules and escalating where those are not filling to expected levels.
  • Collation of information for handover to our national screening staff
  • Compilation of regular attendance & activity reports to meet client requirements
  • Assist with raising monthly invoice requisitions

What we are looking for:

We are seeking a candidate who can confidently work remotely while adhering to GDPR guidelines and the company’s policies to ensure the protection of sensitive and personal information, in line with legal, regulatory, ethical, and best practice standards.

You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and attention to detail. To multitask and work well under pressure is essential, as is proficiency in IT systems, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Familiarity with Office 365 and experience working in an Occupational Health or similar environment would be advantageous. You should also demonstrate a proactive approach, the ability to use your initiative, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

This role requires exceptional customer service skills, as you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals, all while embodying the company’s CORE Values: Caring Matters, One Team, Great Relationships, and Excellence at All Times.

Hours

The role is full-time 37.5 hours per week, 7.5hours per day, where you will be expected to work during the core hours between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

This is a fully remote position, offering a set salary of £24,784.50K per annum.
