This role is being offered on a 12-month fixed term contract basis to support the seamless onboarding and integration of clients from a recent acquisition. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work within a collaborative team to identify and plan efficient service delivery on a national scale, ensuring our clients receive the best possible experience.
  • Allocate resources (both people and equipment) using our team scheduling portal.
  • Support customers via phone and email, coordinating site visits and preparing schedules to meet their needs.
  • Liaise with customer coordinators, ensuring schedules are completed on time and escalating any issues as needed.
  • Compile attendance and activity reports to meet client requirements.
  • Assist with raising monthly invoice requisitions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage escalated cases from our national screening staff, liaising with case management and clinical teams to resolve issues.
  • Update records and take appropriate actions in line with escalation outcomes.
  • Act in line with our company’s values and uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
  • Ensure sensitive personal information is handled in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including GDPR.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in IT, including databases, Outlook, Word, and basic Excel.
  • A proactive and initiative-driven approach to work.

If you also have the below, that would even better!

  • Familiarity with Office 365.
  • Understanding of GDPR and medical confidentiality.
  • Experience in logistical planning (a background in this area would be a significant advantage).

Location

Remote (UK Based Only)

Whilst our team operates remotely, we maintain a cohesive and friendly work environment through constant use of Teams chat and video meetings. This way of working is crucial for sustaining our open culture and warm dynamics of our team and require this role to be a part of that.
