An international organisation is looking for a temporary payroll specialist to join their HR team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting with the processing and checking of London and Dublin payrolls
- Support the Payroll team in providing an excellent service to our employees
- Support the use of HR Service Now to handle Payroll related queries from employees and stakeholders in a timely manner, prioritising urgent queries and ensuring response/solution is provided, keeping in line with SLA’s
- Assisting with dealing with more complex queries – non-standard, or exceptions to policy and process
- Running various reports at payroll cut off for the processing of starters, leavers and transfers
- Calculation of prorated pay
- Management and tracking of statutory parental leave cases
- Processing of annual bonuses and salary increases
- Processing Global Mobility arrangements, hypothetical tax and UK shadow payroll
- Processing of Non Executive directors payroll
- Input of various flexible benefits onto payroll
