OEMLubricantSalesManager
TheOEMLubricantSalesManagerwilljointheOEMgroupwithintheorganisation.ThisroleisvitalingrowingkeyautomotiveandindustrialOEMaccountswhileidentifyinganddevelopingnewbusinessopportunitiestoachievesalesandprofittargets.
TheOEMcustomersegmentisachallengingmarketthatrequiresstrongcommercialunderstandingandtheabilitytobuildlong-termrelationshipstomeetstrictproductqualityandsupplychainrequirements.
Thisisanimportantrolewhichrequiresstrategicplanningforlong-termgrowthandstrongcollaborationwithvariousinternalstakeholdersincludingsupplychain,productdevelopment,manufacturing,qualityassuranceandregulatorycompliance.
OEMLubricantSalesManager-KeyResponsibilities
- AchieverevenueandprofittargetsfromlubricantsalesofkeyOEMcustomeraccounts.
- Createandmaintainanoverallsalesandmarketingstrategytoachieveshort-termandlong-termgoalsbyincreasingmarketshare.
- Developproductiverelationshipswithinternalandexternalstakeholderstoachieveagreedtargets.WorkwithintheOEMteamtodeveloppricingmechanisms,contracts,andlong-termagreementsthatdriveprofitability.
- Workindependentlywithminimalsupervisionwhilemeetingagreeddeadlines.
- StrengthenrelationshipswithOEMcustomerstogaintheirtrustandofferinnovativesolutions.
- Identify,develop,andgrowbusinessopportunitieswithinexistingaccountsandnewautomotiveOEMandindustrialmarketsegments.
OEMLubricantSalesManager-Requirements
- QualificationinBusiness,SupplyChainorarelatedfield.
- ExperiencewithintheOEMsegmentpreferablyintheLubricants,AutomotiveorIndustrialsectors.
- PreviousrelevantexperienceworkinginUK/Europeinasales/businessdevelopmentrole.
- Strongnegotiationandinfluencingskillstofinalisecontractsandpricingformulaswithcustomers.
- Strongstrategicbusinessskills,includingsalesforecastingandanalysis.
- Commerciallyastuteandcustomerfocused.
- Motivatedindividualwitha‘can-do’attitudeandtheabilitytoresolveissuesconfidentlywhileworkingwithawiderangeofstakeholders.
- StrongoralandwrittencommunicationskillsinEnglish.
- MusthaveafullrighttoworkintheUK.
