Are you passionate about supporting people to overcome barriers, build confidence and achieve positive change in their lives?
We are looking for a compassionate, motivated and resilient Link Worker to join our team and support people with complex needs. This is a rewarding role where you will work alongside individuals who may be experiencing multiple challenges, including housing difficulties, mental health needs, social isolation, substance misuse, financial hardship or difficulties accessing services.
As a Link Worker, you will build trusting and supportive relationships with the people you work with, taking a person centred approach to understand their individual needs, strengths and goals. You will help people access appropriate services, advocate on their behalf, develop practical skills and take steps towards greater independence and wellbeing.
You will need to be confident working with people who may have experienced trauma, disadvantage or exclusion, and be able to remain calm, patient and professional when situations are challenging.
