About the role:
The Banking department's main responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service as well as market and promote products and services that the Bank offers to its customers whilst adhering to Head Office's and regulatory bodies' requirements.
As a Senior Associate Customer Due Diligence - Mandarin Speaking, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with AML, KYC and regulatory standards through effective monitoring and risk controls. You will conduct CDD, oversee banking operations and support regulatory reporting requirements, while driving operational excellence.
This is a full time permanent position.
