Summary:
Aspartofthetaxteam,thetaxspecialistwillassisttaxmanagerinmanagingthetaxcomplianceprocessandprovidingtaxadvisorysupportinrelationtoinvestments.ThetaxspecialistwillplayacriticalroleinmanagingawiderangeoftaxcompliancemattersforSPVsacrossvariousjurisdictions.Inadditiontoensuringcomprehensivetaxcompliance,thisrolealsoinvolvestaxadvisorysupportinrelationtoinvestmentsacrossEurope.Thetaxspecialistwillassistinadvisingontaxstructuring,coordinatingstrategictaxinitiativestoalignwiththecompany'sobjectives,andensuringadherencetothegrouptaxpolicy.

- AssistinmanagingawiderangeoftaxcompliancemattersforSPVs,ensuringtheaccuracyandtimelinessoftaxfilingsandcompliance
- Reviewtaxcomputationsandmonitorthereportingprocess
- Workcollaborativelywiththeaccountingteamtoadviseontaxaccountingentries
- Workwithexternaltaxadvisorsandinternalteamstosupporttheoversightandreviewoftaxcomplianceacrossvariousjurisdictions
- AssisttaxmanagertoprovidetaxadvisorysupporttothebusinessandM&Aprojects
- Providesupportinhandlingtaxenquiriesandpotentialdisputeswiththerelevanttaxauthorityinconjunctionwithexternaladvisers
- Assisttaxmanagerinmanagingandcoordinatingthetimelytaxadviceonenquiresraisedbyotherteams
- AssistindraftingandcommunicatingtaxreportstoHQwherenecessary

- AdequateknowledgeandexperienceofcorporationtaxandVATrelatedissues
