- Asbusinessandriskownerstomeetbusinesstargetsandtakethe1LoDownershipofKYC/CDD/creditrisksandotherrisksrelatingtothecoveredclientsandportfolio;
- Originatebusinesstransactionsandhandledealexecutionprocessbycompletingtimelyandin-depthcredit/KYCassessmentincompliancewiththeBranchpolicyandprocedureandsystemoperationalprocess;
- Initiatecreditproposalandperformingriskmanagementresponsibilitiesincludingenhancedrequirementssuchasenhancedduediligence,financialmodelling,simulationtest,sensitivitytestsetctoensureprecautionavailabletoensuretransactionrisksareproperlyidentifiedandadequatelymitigatedinlinewiththeBranchpoliciesandprocedures;
- Monitormarket,regulatory,macro-economicandpoliticaldevelopmentrelatingtotheloanportfolio;assessingtheirimpactsonKYCandcreditquality;Responsibleforregularpost-loanriskmanagementreporttoidentifyassetdeterioratingsignalsandmitigationinlinewiththeBank’sinternalpolicyandfullycommunicatewithRisk/Cfunctionstoobtaininternalconsensusandapprovalasrequired.
- Activelymanagetheportfolioandresponsibleforallaspectsofthedealcommercialtermanalysis,waiverrequestsanddealadministration;
- Executetimelyandin-depthevaluation/reviewsofrisksoftheportfolioandbeproactiveinriskidentification,monitoringandpostlendingmanagementtoensureadequateprecautionisinplace;
- Workcloselywithmiddleandbackofficetoensureaccuratetimelydatainputandbookingaswellason-goingmonitoringoffacilitiesaswellasothercomplianceprocesses.
- Maintainandmonitoraccurateexposureandclientinformationininternalrisksystems.DevelopandimplementFrontOfficepost-loanriskmanagementframeworkontransactionswithidentificationofearlywarningsignals;
- Supportsupervisionanddevelopmentofjuniorstaff;
- AssisttheDepartmentHeadonotherad-hoctasks.
