Your Impact
- Deliver thrilling swimming lessons that align with company policies and the Swim England NPTS.
- Teach a diverse range of students, ensuring they enjoy every stroke while meeting their individual needs.
- Maintain top-notch standards in teaching, customer care, safeguarding, and health and safety.
- Maximize participant retention by fostering a motivational and supportive environment.
- Keep the lines of communication open between yourself, the swim school coordinator, and fellow team members.
- Spark enthusiasm by putting your passion into our unique 23 bespoke challenges.
- Address customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism and care.
What We’re Looking For
- A Swim England Level 1& 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or its equivalent.
- A fiery passion for swimming and teaching that inspires others.

Qualifications
- Hold a Swim England Level 1/2 or STA Full Swimming Instructor Qualification (or an equivalent international qualification).
- Bring prior experience in swimming instruction.
- Have, or be willing to obtain, a recognized pool rescue award.
- A clear DBS Disclosure is required for this regulated post.
