P3 Charity is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist young people aged 16–18, providing 24-hour support and promoting independent living skills. You will collaborate with multiple agencies to tailor support and ensure safety and wellbeing within the service.
You will be responsible for updating support and safety plans, managing rent accounts, and leading weekly key work sessions while maintaining a safe environment and upholding the organisation’s values.
