- OverseedailyUKimportandexportcustomsclearanceoperationstoensureefficientandcompliantprocesses.
- Leadandmanagethecustomsteam,allocatedailytaskseffectively,andelevateoverallteamproductivityandservicequality.
- ReviewcustomsentrydocumentationtoensuredataaccuracyandcompliancewithHMRCandrelevantregulatoryrequirements.
- Managecustomsinspections,holds,clearanceexceptions,andresolveissuesbycommunicatingpromptlywithclients,HMRC,andrelatedauthorities.
- Guidetheteaminresolvingcomplexcustomsissuesandcontinuouslyoptimiseoperationalworkflowsandstandardprocedures.
- Maintainsmoothcommunicationandcollaborationwithclients,warehouse,transportationteams,andoverseasagentstoensureseamlessclearance.
- MonitorUKcustomspoliciesandregulatorychangestoensureongoingcompanycompliance.

- FluentinMandarinandproficientinEnglishasaworkinglanguage(capableofcommunicatingeffectivelywithclientsandHMRC).
- ExperienceinUKcustomsbrokerageorinternationallogisticscustomsoperations.
- Proventeammanagementexperiencewithatrackrecordofleadingacustomsteamindailyoperations.You’llbemanaging1-2teammembers.
- Experienceinairfreight,freightforwarding,expresscourier,orcross-borderlogisticsispreferred.
- FamiliarwithUKimport/exportclearanceprocessesandHMRCregulations.
- ProficientinusingCDS(CustomsDeclarationService)andassociateddeclarationsystems.
- SolidunderstandingofHSCodes,ImportVAT,CustomsDuties,RulesofOrigin,andcompliancestandards.
- Abilitytoindependentlyhandlecustomsinspections,clearanceexceptions,andcustomercomplaints.
- Strongriskidentificationabilityandcomplianceawareness.
- Strongsenseofresponsibility,detail-oriented,rigorous,andhighlyexecution-focused.
- Excellentteammanagement,communication,coordination,andcustomerserviceskills.
- Adaptabletoafast-pacedlogisticsenvironmentwithstrongstressmanagementandproblem-solvingskills.
