Sales Executive - Summary:
As an International Sales Executive, you’ll help deliver global sales targets by building strong relationships with overseas customers, introducers, and agents. From the first enquiry to legal completion, you’ll offer tailored guidance and exceptional service - bringing our developments to life for international buyers. You’ll collaborate closely with legal, marketing and customer service teams, supporting a seamless experience while helping shape future strategy through market insight and client feedback.
Sales Executive - What You'll be Doing:
- Build relationships with international buyers and agents across WeChat, WhatsApp and email
- Conduct in-person and virtual viewings, investor briefings and sales meetings
- Generate and qualify leads through tailored follow-up and communication
- Manage the end-to-end sales journey from enquiry to exchange
- Coordinate AML documentation and liaise with solicitors and internal teams
- Maintain brand standards in show homes and the sales suite
- Create sales tools including FAQs, investor videos and property packs
- Deliver updates on availability, pricing and incentives to overseas partners
- Ensure customer service meets NHBC / HBF Five Star standards
- Provide market research and insight to support pricing and sales strategy
Sales Executive - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Excellent level of Mandarin is essential - it would be a strong advantage if you can speak Cantonese.
- Experience in UK residential sales or new homes marketing
- Strong interpersonal skills and confident relationship management
- Knowledge of AML compliance and sales progression processes
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and data tracking tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, culturally aware and confident managing multiple priorities
