What You'll be Doing

  • We are seeking IT Business Consultants to partner with clients in Corporate Banking and Capital Markets and drive significant business and technology transformation in a global environment.
  • Deliver PMO, Business Analyst, Product Management services
  • Lead IT BPR initiatives across lending, capital markets, transaction banking, trade finance, settlement, core banking
  • Build trusted client relationships and identify value-creation opportunities
  • Collaborate with partner teams to ensure high-quality execution
  • Operate autonomously with proactive communication

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed

  • Previous consulting or project delivery experience
  • Knowledge, insight, and hands-on experience in corporate banking or capital markets projects
  • Experience in IT or operational transformation
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Excel, other tools
  • Awareness of cloud, AI, and cybersecurity trends
  • End-to-end project lifecycle experience
  • Requirements definition, UAT planning, stakeholder engagement

Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, CSPO)
