Office based
Start: ASAP
Working hours: To ensure with colleagues that desks are suitably staffed at all hours during the trading day. This will generally mean, but not limited to the hours of 07.30 to 18.00 Monday to Friday.
What You'll be Doing:
- Play an active role in current or subsequent joint marketing initiatives, when required
- Where necessary, ensure that you are available, where required, to visit customers in conjunction with client management team
- Build, manage and maintain good long-term relationships with the traders of our customers and competitors
- Motivate administrative staff and other support departments to ensure customer service standards meet expectations
- Maximising profitability
- Execution of client orders
- Maintaining client relations
- Exploring new business opportunities
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant LME and FCA regulations
- Member of the Credit Committee
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Enhanced knowledge and experience of trading on the LME
- Strong knowledge of all relevant rules and regulations including FCA, IFPR, LME and LME Clear.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Actuarial Science, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
