- AdministrationofthewholesalebankinginvestmentandtreasuryproductswhichmayincludebutnotbelimitedtoDeposits,FX,MoneyMarketlendingandborrowing,Bonds,Swaps,Derivatives,PreciousMetals,FRA,IRSandetc.
- Establishtheframeworkandprocessproceduresforinvestmentandtreasuryadministrationfunctions,administrateandperformthedaytodayoperationsoftheBranch.
- ProcessandverifytransactionsinthebankingtreasurysystemforallInvestmentandtreasurybusiness.
- ResponsibilitiesundertheMIFIRandEMIRregulatoryreportingrequirements.
- Actasthepositionkeeperforoperations,compilingandsubmittingallpositionstothetreasuryteaminatimelymanner.
- Performtheadministrativefunctionsforopeningclientaccountsandmaintainingcustomeraccountfiles.
- Interactwithandstandinforothermembersoftheoperationsteamcoveringtreasuryoperations,clearingandtradefinance.

- Managethecommunicationsorconfirmationstocorrespondentsandclientsinrelationtotreasurybusinessqueriesfromcorrespondentsandclients.
- ResponsibleforthedaytodayprocessingofDeposits,FX,MoneyMarketlendingandborrowing,Bonds,Swaps,Derivatives,PreciousMetals,FRA,andIRS.
- Monitorallcurrencycashpositionsandcashflows,reporttoHeadofOperationsandtreasuryteaminatimelymanner.
- Monitoralladministrativeprocessesinrelationtobondsandderivativeproducts.
- MonitortheSWIFTmessagequeuesrelatedtotreasuryoperations.
- Liaiseandcoordinatewithnostrobanksacrossallcurrenciestoensurethesmoothexecutionoftreasuryoperationsandtimelyresolutionofaccountrelatedqueries.
- PrepareM.I.andstatisticalreportsrelatedtotreasuryprocessing.
- ProvideOperationalsupportandcovertootherOperationsfunctionsincludingloan,clearingandtradefinance.
- Responsibleforthedaytodayregulatoryreportingforoperationdepartment,suchasMIFID,EMIRandSCV.
- KeeptheBusinessContinuityPlanupdatedforthetreasuryproducts.
- ResponsibleforprovidingregulatorydatatorelevantdepartmentsoftheBranchandtheHeadOffice.
- LiaisewithHeadOfficedepartmentsonmattersrelatingtooperationalprocesses,systems,andotherrelevanttopics.
