Kingston Grammar School is seeking session rowing coaches to support the development of its junior athletes. You will coach boys and girls, build strong technical foundations, and foster a positive, structured learning environment on the river.
Ideal candidates have a rowing background and experience coaching juniors, with the ability to manage mixed groups safely on a busy river and to inspire young rowers to reach their potential. Saturday afternoons with some midweek flexibility.
