Salary: Up to £30,000 Location: London Job status: Permanent Working hours: 9:00-17:30 (5 days on-site) Start date: ASAP Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone and email regarding Overseas Insurance and Healthcare Programs, and liaise with overseas branches, clients, claimants, and medical facilities. Coordinate medical assistance services, including issuing and managing payment guarantees and arranging medical interpreters. Process and manage insurance claims, including claim adjustments, necessary investigations, and appropriate interpretation and application of insurance policies and Healthcare Programs. Maintain accurate records and documentation, including post logs, claim/invoice master logs, claim-related documents, filing, scanning, and data updates. Provide general administrative and operational support and perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager. Requirements: Current administrative experience in Japan; travel/hospitality experience preferred. Available for long-term employment; YMS/Student Visa holders may be considered if eligible to switch visas. Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
