What You'll be Doing:

  • This position places importance not only on technical skills but also on customer focus, communication ability, and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Design, build, and implement enterprise networks (LAN/WAN/Wireless, etc.)
  • Maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance improvement of existing networks
  • Configuration and installation of devices such as L2/L3 switches, routers, and firewalls
  • Technical meetings, requirements definition, and proposals with clients and business partners

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Mother tongue standard Japanese
  • Hands-on experience as a network engineer, with major network devices such as Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba
  • Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNP) Preferred
  • Knowledge or experience integrating with Windows Server or virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware) Preferred
  • Excellent communication skills for directly interacting with clients and understanding their needs
