What You'll be Doing:

  • Support and enhance BAU by understanding internal Policy & Procedure (P&P), identifying pain points, troubleshooting settlement issues, analysing data, recommending solutions and updates to workflows.
  • Prepare reports, management information packs and documentation.
  • Liaise with Head Office (HO) and other External/Internal parties for optimising processes, systems, workflow to drive measurable improvements in productivity, cost efficiency and overall performance.
  • Assist the Senior Manager (SM) to improve company's efficiency and effectiveness by understanding the internal P&P, identifying pain points from OP team, analysing data, providing assistance, and recommending solutions.
  • Bridge the gap between strategic goals and daily operations, focusing on optimising processes, systems, and workflows to drive measurable improvements in productivity, cost efficiency, and overall performance.

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Must have business fluency in Japanese
  • Previous experience as a Business Operations Analyst in financial institutions, with practical knowledge of financial operations.
  • Some experience in the back office of the organisation is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with an understanding of multicultural work environments.
  • Proficient in office software, including Excel and Word.
