Expenses: Manage invoice processing, expense claims, and payment-related tasks.

Japanese Speaking Accounts / Administration Clerk - Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English.
Previous experience in general office administration is essential.
Experience in accounting or finance would be an advantage.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Confident in using computer systems and able to quickly adapt to new software and IT tools.
Experience using accounting systems, such as Sage 200, would be beneficial.
