What You'll be Doing:
- We are seeking IT Business Consultants to partner with clients in Corporate Banking and Capital Markets and drive significant business and technology transformation in a global environment.
- Deliver PMO, Business Analyst, Product Management services.
- Lead IT BPR initiatives across lending, capital markets, transaction banking, trade finance, settlement, core banking.
- Build trusted client relationships and identify value-creation opportunities.
- Collaborate with partner teams to ensure high-quality execution.
- Operate autonomously with proactive communication.
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Previous consulting or project delivery experience.
- Knowledge, insight, and hands-on experience in corporate banking or capital markets projects.
- Experience in IT or operational transformation.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Excel, other tools.
- Awareness of cloud, AI, and cybersecurity trends.
- End-to-end project lifecycle experience.
- Requirements definition, UAT planning, stakeholder engagement.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, CSPO, PSPO).
